    Shipping & Delivery Policy

     

    We strive to deliver your order accurately, in good condition, and on time. All goods will be fully insured by us until they reach you, so your purchase is 100% safe.

    1) Once the order is Placed, your order is processed.

    2) It takes 48 hours to confirm the payment with the bank.

    3) Once payment is confirmed with the bank, your order is packed and shipped.

    4) Once an order is shipped, you will receive an auto email with tracking details on your registered email with the website.

    5) We ship on all working days except Sundays and public holidays. Orders placed on Saturday would be dispatched from our processing center only on Monday, timeline for delivery will be minimum 2 days and maximum 8 days.

    6) If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package and call our Customer Care at +91-8080808267 or at care@anahatatva.com mentioning your order reference number. Photographs of the delivered product may also be sent to us. We shall handle such issues directly with the respective courier company.

    7) Complaints about Replacement of Breakage or Damage Products will be Acceptable Only within 12 hours after delivery.

    8) We are not responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the goods to the customer.

    9) Anahatatva may send you E-mails / SMS communication relating to the Products Information/Promotional activities/Offers Program from time to time on your registered contact details. In case of any objection to such emails/SMS, do mail us a request at care@anahatatva.com to stop email/SMS in the future.
